GLOSSLAB Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns:
- Only products purchased directly from GLOSSLAB are eligible for return.
- The product must be in its original condition, unopened, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging and labels intact.
- The return request must be made within 30 days from the original purchase date.
- The customer must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened products.
- Gift cards or vouchers.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Products that have expired or passed their shelf life.
- If you experience a problem with your order and would like to initiate a return, customers must reach out via our Contact Us form and someone will respond within 48 business hours. Additionally, all GLOSSLAB locations are independently owned and operated; returns, exchanges or inquiries about orders placed on this website cannot be accepted at any local GLOSSLAB locations. Note, orders cannot be edited or canceled once checkout is complete.
- The customer must provide the original proof of purchase and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
- Our team will evaluate the product to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria.
- If the return is approved, the customer will be issued a return authorization number (RA number) and further instructions for the return process.
- Exchange: If the customer wishes to exchange the product for an alternative item, our team will assist in finding a suitable replacement product.
- Service or Store Credit: In cases where an exchange is not desired, customers may opt for store credit, which can be used towards future purchases at any GLOSSLAB store.
- Refund: If an exchange or store credit is not applicable, a refund will be provided in the original form of payment.
- The customer is responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning the product, unless the return is due to an error made by GLOSSLAB.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Product Damages or Errors:
- If the product is received in a damaged condition or if an incorrect item was shipped, customers must reach out here immediately upon receipt.
- Our team will provide instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect product, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Upon receiving the returned item, we will either exchange it for a new one or issue a store credit, based on the customer's preference.
Non-Compliance with Return Policy:
- GLOSSLAB reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this Product Return Policy.
- Any returned products that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be returned to the customer at their expense.
